Appointments: As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed one or two days prior to your visit. We strive to be on time and appreciate your punctuality. There will be no charge for rescheduling your appointment, provided a 48-hour notice is given. (This is to ensure that your previously reserved time can be made available to another patient.)
Financial Arrangements: Payment is due at time of service.
Insurance: We accept most insurance plans. We are happy to file all insurance claims on your behalf. We are prepared to supply your insurance provider with the necessary radiographs, photographs, and any other material that will help them. If you have insurance, co-payments and deductibles are due in full at the time of service.
Please note that your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier, and you are responsible for any balance that your insurance does not cover. We will make every effort to recover all benefits for you.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and cash.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for long-term treatment, such as orthodontics. For information on other payment options that may be available, please call our office.
